Our highly qualified staff is devoted to working with schools and communities to improve the skills of students in reading and literacy. Our evidence-based curriculum, delivered by volunteers from the community, has been found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on different measures of student reading proficiency.

Amber Amber Orchestrates strategic marketing initiatives and cultivating meaningful partnerships in the public charter school sector across the country.
Amber has 20 years years of experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies, leveraging data, storytelling, and creativity to drive growth and impact. Before joining Civic Builders, she held senior roles at top advertising agencies, including Vice President of Communications at Crispin and Head of Digital/Social at KWT Global. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Amber also started her own consulting firm and co-founded a boutique creative agency.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola University New Orleans
