Tracy Steele

With more than 35 years of professional experience in marketing,
fundraising, and community engagement, Tracy Steele has built a career
focused on advancing nonprofit, healthcare, and educational organizations.
She spent 15 years with Health First in a variety of marketing roles and
worked for various non-profit organizations, including Brevard Zoo and
Brevard Schools Foundation. In these roles, she focused on donor
engagement, special events, and legacy giving initiatives. Tracy also
served as Director of Development for Melbourne Central Catholic High
School and currently works as a national marketing representative for an
organization specializing in American history curriculum.
Tracy has been an active community volunteer, serving as a past chapter
president and state board member of the Florida Public Relations
Association, and as a board member of the Space Coast chapter of the
Association of Fundraising Professionals. She was honored as Volunteer of
the Year by the Central Brevard American Heart Association.
Above all, Tracy treasures time with her family. She’s a proud mom of three
sons and grandmother of two, and lives in Indialantic with her husband,
Scott, a longtime community business leader who actively supports local
organizations and civic life.
